With modernization, our lifestyle has taken a drastic turnaround, now this modern, unhealthy lifestyle has paved way too many lifestyle diseases. These lifestyle diseases are linked with the people lead this lifestyle. And due to these unhealthy lifestyles, it has impacted our health a big time, with heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and obesity.
We need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and we can do that by:-

Now, as people are becoming aware of what can happen to them, if they adopt unhealthy lifestyle, people religiously exercise and go for the crash diet to weight lose.
But we tend to forget that, dieting doesn’t mean compromising on eating certain kind of food. We should always concentrate on eating the right food, rather than curbing ourselves to eat. We should always go for healthy substitutes thus recreating the same dish and also keeping the tab on calories.
Like, if you would like to have pizza, instead of refined flour, let us go for multigrain base and paneer instead of cheese. If you like to have cutlet, samosa or bread roll, go for shallow frying or best is the air fryer, wherein you can only brush it with little oil or brush with milk, and you will get the crispy Cutlet, or Samosa or Bread roll.
If we would like to lose weight, we can do so, with the proper set of exercises and right kind of diet. Here, are a few tips, which can help you to weight lose :-
Never skip your breakfast
Regularly skipping breakfast can lead to weight gain and also lead to heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Probably, you might be thinking of skipping breakfast would help you achieve your slimming goal, well MAM, think again that is not true.
If you skip breakfast on regular basis, then your craving for sugary and fatty food goes up and you end up binging on food high in calories and sugar.
Have small meals in regular intervals
Eating at regular intervals helps to burn calories faster. But when I am talking about eating at regular intervals, we also need to watch on the portion as well. Eat small portion at regular intervals.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
Fruits and Veggies are high on fiber and low on calories. They would make you full quickly without having to worry about fat and sugar. Like you can go for Apple, banana, orange, pear, kiwi, pineapple along with vegetables, beans or pulses. Packed with minerals and vitamins, good for your health and develops immunity.
Drink plenty of Water
Water is calorie free and helps to suppress your appetite if you have it before your meal. Staying hydrated is good for your body functions. But that doesn’t mean you should overdo by drinking excessive water. That would put a stress on your kidneys.
Eat high Fiber food
Food which contains fiber will make you full, thus good for weight lose. Like Whole grain bread, brown rice, peas, avocados, whole wheat pasta, oatmeal, etc.
Don’t stop yourself from having food
The mantra is the Healthy substitute for recreating the same dish. More you admonish yourself; you will end up in cheating yourself into having it.
Don’t Consume too much Alcohol
Too much drinking would eventually lead to weight gain
At the end, it all comes down to enjoy your life, eat right and exercise.
