Wearable Detects Lung Cancer

A new wearable could help detect lung cancer early, leading to faster treatment. It relies on an implant just beneath the skin that will react to lung cancer biomarkers in the blood. The changes in the implant are detected by a wearable sitting just above it, with the collected data sent to a paired device via Bluetooth. The device could also be altered to detect other types of cancer.
