By using WakeMode you will gain insight about how your sleep pattern will influence your level of tiredness or wakefulness for the next day. This app is compatible with Apple Watch and other Bluetooth devices to help tracking your sleep pattern. WakeMode works by calculating your energy level based on how well you slept last night, and then it will show you your battery level.
WakeMode will let you know your level of wakefulness/alertness/readiness as opposed to fatigue/tiredness/sleepiness and when you should recharge. A sleep analyzer provided by WakeMode will work more accurately, but using sleep tracking device is not mandatory. WakeMode can still perform sleep analysis and sleep tracking without it.
