Samsung Watch 2 vs Apple Watch 5

Both the brands are locking horns to gain the lion’s share of the smartwatches segment. The competitors are Galaxy Watch Active 2 and the Apple Watch Series 5. Both of these wearables have a lot of features to offer for the usersJ. So, it is upon us to decide without any prejudices to learn, which one gets to win the competition. It is not difficult to differentiate between these two in terms of the design and the features they have now. The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is a more traditional watch if we look at it. It has circular display whereas the Apple Watch has a classy rectangular display but both use OLED panels and come in LTE versions.

The Galaxy Watch Active 2 with an AMOLED display gives you a lot of brightness when you need it and has a scope to turn it down when you don’t need it and you can save the battery life. It goes without saying that the watch is very attractive and sharp. The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is available in aluminum and a costly stainless steel case. You can choose between a 40mm and a 44mm case size.

The Apple Watch display works inversely. It uses an LTPO (low-temperature polycrystalline oxid) OLED display that boasts a variable refresh rate depending on what the watch is doing. What does it mean? It means that the display is always on and dims from time to time rather than closing off completely. The watch has a great benefit to secure 18 hours of battery life. In addition to the usual case materials of stainless steel, aluminum, and ceramic, now we also have the option of a steeper titanium case. It also comes in 40mm and 44mm sizes.

Though there are similarities in many of the features, there also are visible differences that’ll trigger you to decide which one to buy. If you’re a fitness freak, you might be unhappy with the Apple Watch is still not equipped for sleep tracking but you can download some third-party app in place of this. While it is great that the Galaxy Watch Active 2 comes ready to track your sleep patterns.
