The presenter uploads the presentation and then when he clicks on the ‘Share’ link, the presentation is converted into web URL, which is shared to the other attendees of the meeting. All the attendees open the URL to see the presentation. On the right hand side of the screen, appears the list of all the names who are in the meeting, means all those who opened that URL. Anyone from the list can take control of the screen and give their presentation.
