Need for excess snow removal from roof tops in NE

Last year in 2014, NY had one of the highest snowfalls in last 20 years (Report ). Many roofs collapsed due to heavy snow on top.  With increasingly uncertain weather changes, we need a system to remove snow from top of roof tops when snow falls more than a certain level.
