Mitigating the risk of geoengineering
The planet is warming at an unprecedented rate and reducing emissions of greenhouse gasses alone is not enough to remove the risk. Now, researchers from the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) have identified an aerosol for solar geoengineering that may be able to cool the planet while simultaneously repairing ozone damage.
